The Enoteca Confetteria
Carosso is located In the center of Alba, in Via Vittorio
Emanuele, the Roman "Via Maestra", in the heart of the old city.
The shop, since the last Century, has provided the city with the finest
sweets: the ancient recipes of the "Albesine",
chocolate sweets filled with Rhum and Barolo cream, the "Truffles" made with chocolate and ground Hazelnut, and the "Torrone
Relanghe", a delicious nougat produced with local Hazelnuts
and honey. |

In this context of sweetness, the exceptional Pejrano chocolate was introduced,
followed by the Marron Glacees (iced
chestnuts) from Agrimontana. In
recent years, the wine stock was
greatly improved, taking in great consideration the D.O.C. and D.O.G.C. wines from the region of Langhe.
Even for the wines, the stocked products are the best quality available
on the market.
The same selection was made for the grapes (in stock 60 differents types), for the Extra
Virgin olive oil from the finest makers, for the balsamic
vinegars of Modena, for the rice and the stone-ground flour. |
